Bump Jackson to current GA 3.2.3 (verified against maven-metadata.xml)

Jackson 3.2.1 -> 3.2.3. Full repository re-run confirms byte-identical
output across all 36 examples (three unrelated timing-benchmark
transcripts show only expected run-to-run jitter, restored to their
original captured values since nothing about Jackson 3.2.3 changed
their behavior). jackson-annotations stays pinned at 2.22, confirmed
against jackson-databind 3.2.3's own POM.
