asmhatre c16e7f29db spring-batch-partitioning: link chapter 3's real-job quote to its transcript 
Replaces a console excerpt that had no committed backing with the real, re-run
output now at docs/output/10-real-job-gridsize-ignored.txt.

Self-correction pass on the companion article found chapter 3's "real job" console
quote (grid-size=10 against 3 shard files) had no committed transcript behind it.
Re-ran it for real on JDK 25 and captured the output here.
