boot42-rc1-checklist
Companion module for the ankurm.com article Spring Framework 7.1 and Spring Boot 4.2: What's Coming and How to Prepare. Everything runs against Spring Boot 4.2.0-RC1 (Spring Framework 7.1.0-RC1; a release candidate, not GA) and, for the before/after comparison, against 4.1.2 (GA). JDK 25.

Run: ./scripts/run-all.sh. Not executed here (they need Docker or a registry): the new default buildpack builder and the image-based build cache.
There is deliberately no docs/ folder: the explanations live in the article.
